The hotel was super clean, with fresh sheets provided daily. The facilities were simple but great, with little touches like a tissue box and coffee and tea supplies in the room. The location was perfect, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and transportation options nearby. It was a short walk to the MRT station, making it easy to explore the city and visit attractions like the shopping malls. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking good English.

The hotel is located in a prime area, just a 5-minute walk from Bugis station and the bustling shopping district on Bugis Street. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with a nespresso coffee machine that adds a touch of luxury. The staff are attentive and provide great service, making sure all your needs are met. The location was fantastic, with easy access to various attractions and amenities nearby. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, even arranging for an early check-in. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay.
The noise levels in the room were a major downside, mainly due to the proximity to the air conditioning system. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
